Welcome to EverAfter ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website located at everafterletters.xyz (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EverAfter is a platform that allows users to create, design, and send interactive digital love letters. Features include custom stationery themes, music soundtracks, polaroid-style image uploads, love quiz questions, audio voice messages, and interactive 3D wax-sealed envelopes with real-time delivery and read tracking.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account using your email address and a password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Rules of Conduct & User Content

You retain ownership of any text, images, or audio messages you upload or write within the Service ("User Content"). However, you agree not to upload or transmit content that:

• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or libelous.
• Is obscene, pornographic, or contains explicit nudity.
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, or delete User Content that violates these terms, in our sole discretion.

6. Pricing, Payments & Upgrades

Users can create and send basic digital love letters for free. We offer two optional Premium upgrades: (a) a Single Letter upgrade for a one-time fee of $2.99 (USD), which unlocks premium features for one specific letter (editable, permanent); and (b) a Lifetime Premium upgrade for a one-time fee of $7.99 (USD), which unlocks lifetime access to all advanced customization and creator features for all current and future letters (such as custom MP3 uploads, audio narration, multiple Polaroid photos, and interactive modules). All payments are securely processed by third-party checkout service Gumroad. Premium purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable local consumer law.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

In no event shall EverAfter, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use the service; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your letters or data; (iii) the loss of data, letters, or image uploads; or (iv) any service interruptions or downtime.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
